Lone Star Underground is a gritty, unapologetic professional wrestling promotion based out of San Antonio, Texas, known for its explosive blend of lucha libre flair and hardcore brutality. LSU isn’t for the faint of heart. Born out of Texas backyard wrestling scenes and Mexican lucha culture, this is where high-flying daredevils can collide with barbed-wire brawlers under the neon glow of dive-bar spotlights and warehouse venues.
Think of LSU as the spiritual cousin of early ECW, AAA, and old-school NWA Wild West Wrestling—dangerous, passionate, and proud. Matches range from lucha showcases to chaotic street fights. Shows are dark, intimate, and raw—often in converted clubs, or abandoned gyms.
In essence, Lone Star Underground exists to honor the rebellious soul of wrestling—the bloodline of border-town lucha and the no-holds-barred legacy of Texas strong style. We’re a home for the misfits, the maniacs, the masked, and the misunderstood. Or, you know, just people who wanna throw down or do a few moonsaults.TITLES
LSU Heavyweight Championship – The ultimate prize, fought in blood, sweat, and often broken glass.Texas Death Championship – Defended under deathmatch rules only. A symbol of toughness and legacy.Lucha Pride Championship – Celebrating the heritage and high-flying artistry of Mexican wrestling. There are no formal weight limits but stipulations and booking will often gear towards the more athletic and audacious of characters.Heritage Tag Team Titles – The crowning achievement for duos or teams. Matches are typically fought under standard rules, unless otherwise specified.Southern Strong Style Championship – Defended at every LSU event, this workhorse title honors the grit and tradition of Southern wrestling, open to all who can endure its unforgiving pace.ROSTER APPROACH & SIGN UPS

This is a pretty standard angle fed. Results are booked based on story and effort. Promos are optional but engagement (especially in-character posts) is highly encouraged. Shows are usually 1-2 a month, with concise summarised results. Obviously, this is a violent world in-character so we expect collaboration and consent. Respect everyone. Any bigotry = instant removal.
